Requirements:
-4 to 8 years of proven experience in crane rental sales (rental not new Sales).
-Bachelor degree in engineering or related fields
-Current or previous experience in the Gulf region is mandatory.
-Strong network within the construction, infrastructure, or heavy equipment rental sector.
-Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
-Arabic basic knowledge/ Excellent English
Key Responsibilities:
-Identify and develop new business opportunities in the crane rental market.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
-Conduct site visits, understand customer requirements, and recommend suitable crane solutions.
-Prepare and present quotations and negotiate terms and conditions.
-Coordinate closely with operations and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and service.
-Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and pricing strategies.
-Meet assigned sales targets and submit regular performance reports.
