*Act as the primary point of contact for clients, offering expert guidance on complex HR matters such as performance management, grievances, disciplinary actions, and restructuring.

*Design, develop, and implement organizational development (OD) strategies and interventions.

*Lead and contribute to the development of:

- HR policies and employee handbooks

- Job descriptions and job evaluation frameworks

- Performance management systems and KPIs

- Organizational structures and grading systems

- Employee engagement surveys and action plans

-Conduct HR audits and gap analyses, providing data-driven recommendations for improvement.

-Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients across various industries.

𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:

*Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

*5- 7 years of solid HR experience, preferably in consulting or a client-facing role.

*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

*Fluency in written and spoken English.
