1. Build and oversee a comprehensive People & Culture strategy that supports business growth and long-term objectives.
2. Shape company culture through effective employee engagement, recognition, and retention programs.
3. Lead workforce planning, talent acquisition, and succession planning initiatives.
4. Drive performance management processes to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
5. Develop and implement competitive compensation, benefits, and rewards frameworks.
6. Ensure full compliance with labor laws and foster a safe, inclusive, and positive work environment.
7. Partner with executives to guide change management, organizational transformation, and strategic workforce planning.
𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬
- Around 20 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Strong expertise in People & Culture, organizational development, talent management, and HR operations.
- Proven experience working in organizations with large headcount or within groups comprising multiple companies.
- In-depth knowledge of Egyptian labor law and HR best practices.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Proven ability to lead HR transformation and drive cultural initiatives.
