Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly experienced Security Manager to lead the security and compliance agenda for a large-scale payroll implementation program. This initiative will deploy a new payroll solution supporting 45,000 employees across 15 countries, making data privacy, system security, and compliance the top priorities.
The Security Manager will work closely with IT, HR, payroll, and external vendors to ensure that employee data is protected, system access is controlled, and all regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, local labor laws, data residency rules) are fully met.
Key Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field (Master’s preferred).
· 8–12 years of experience in information security, risk management, or compliance, with at least 3 years in HR or payroll-related projects.
· Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor strongly preferred.
· Proven experience in managing security for large-scale, multi-country system implementations.
· Strong knowledge of data privacy laws (GDPR, Middle East regional data laws, cross-border transfer requirements).
· Hands-on experience with role-based access management, security audits, and incident response.
