Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior HR role.
- Demonstrable experience in the construction and/or operations industry within the UAE is mandatory.
- Proven track record of managing HR for large-scale projects and a substantial workforce.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) is highly preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of UAE labor law, immigration regulations, and best HR practices.
- Strong understanding of compensation and benefits structures within the UAE construction market.
