We are expanding our Central Kitchen Operations in Abu Dhabi and seeking an exceptional Pastry Head Chef to lead our pastry and dessert division — serving our premium cafés, fine dining outlets, and VIP clientele.
What You’ll Do
Lead the pastry production and creative development of French and Italian-inspired desserts.
Design and execute high-end pastry menus for cafés, restaurants, and private catering.
Supervise pastry operations ensuring consistency, taste, and presentation excellence.
Manage a team of pastry chefs and bakers with leadership, training, and inspiration.
Innovate seasonal creations, modern techniques, and visually stunning presentations.
Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, production quality, and cost control.
What We’re Looking For:
7–8 years of professional pastry experience in fine dining restaurants, 5-star hotels, or luxury cafés.
Deep knowledge of French and Italian pastry traditions — from viennoiserie to modern plated desserts.
Proven leadership experience in central kitchen or multi-outlet pastry operations.
Creativity, precision, and a true passion for the art of pastry.
Excellent team management and communication skills.
Based in, or willing to relocate to, Abu Dhabi.
