Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee all culinary operations for the Central Kitchen and multiple outlets.
Design and execute menus featuring multi-cuisine concepts — including Arabic, Mediterranean, European, and Asian influences.
Ensure consistent quality, taste, presentation, and cost efficiency across all locations.
Manage and train kitchen staff, fostering a culture of creativity, discipline, and teamwork.
Collaborate with management on menu development, seasonal promotions, and new concepts.
Maintain HACCP and food safety standards at the highest level.
Oversee procurement, inventory control, and kitchen budgeting.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Culinary Arts or Hospitality Management.
Minimum 9–10 years of progressive culinary experience, with at least 3–5 years in an Executive Chef or Head Chef role.
Strong background in fine dining or luxury hospitality environments.
Expertise in multi-cuisine menu development and modern culinary techniques.
Excellent leadership, planning, and communication skills.
Ability to manage large-scale kitchen operations and multi-outlet consistency.
