Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic School Liaison Officer for one of our Dubai based clients to maintain regular contact with UAE member schools and engage with newly signed-up members. The role also provides key administrative and coordination support to the Executive Director of Education and contributes to the overall success of our education programme.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative & Programme Support
· Conduct school visits to engage existing members and encourage ongoing participation.
· Visit prospective schools to promote and expand the programme.
· Support communications efforts by collecting and organizing data for newsletters and reports.
· Assist in the planning and organization of organization’s events.
· Represent the programme at events, exhibitions, and conferences.
Operational Support
Handle school inquiries via email, telephone, and the website.
Manage website updates and ensure content accuracy.
Research and collate school data and statistics.
Assist with the distribution of newsletters and marketing materials.
Experience and Skills:
· Bilingual – fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
· Bachelor’s degree (required).
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
· Passion and understanding of environmental education and youth engagement.
