About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated Junior IT Recruiter to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you’ll support the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles, helping us attract and hire top IT talent. This position is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a passion for technology, and an interest in building a career in tech recruitment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process for IT and technical positions (e.g., developers, engineers, analysts, and IT support).
Source candidates using various channels such as job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and referrals.
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates’ technical and cultural fit.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns.
Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
Stay updated on current trends and best practices in IT recruitment.
