In this role, you will:
Build and maintain HR dashboards and workforce reports.
Collaborate with IT, Projects, and Finance teams on manpower analytics.
Analyze trends in resource utilization, attrition, and performance.
Present insights and visuals that drive smarter workforce decisions.
What We’re Looking For:
5–6 years’ experience in HR analytics/reporting (preferably in IT or engineering industry).
Strong Excel & Power BI skills; hands-on with HRMS platforms.
Excellent analytical, coordination, and presentation skills.
