AMC Motors Trading LLC is a growing commercial automotive company in the UAE, specialized in the sales and servicing of Victory commercial vehicles, including pickups, vans, and refrigerated transport solutions for businesses across the region. We focus on delivering quality products, reliable after-sales service, and strong customer relationships.

𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗦𝘂𝗺𝗺𝗮𝗿𝘆

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, and transactional activities. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, analytical, and familiar with UAE accounting standards and VAT regulations.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

- Maintain daily financial entries including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments

- Update and reconcile general ledgers, account statements, and bank accounts

- Process invoices, credit notes, LPOs, and payment vouchers

- Prepare monthly financial reports and statements

- Monitor accounts receivable and payable, follow up on outstanding payments

- Assist in budgeting, costing, and cash flow management

- Support internal and external audits

- Ensure compliance with UAE VAT rules and filing requirements

- Coordinate with finance manager, suppliers, and internal departments

- Maintain accurate document control & filing systems

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀

- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent

- Minimum 2- 4 years of experience as an Accounts Executive or similar position (UAE experience preferred)

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting

- Good understanding of UAE VAT compliance

- Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally / QuickBooks / ERP tools preferred)

- Excellent communication & analytical skills

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

- Attention to detail & high level of accuracy
