We are looking for a dynamic, hands-on senior leader to join our executive team and work closely with the 𝗖𝗘𝗢 & 𝗖𝗢𝗢 in shaping and driving our real estate development strategy.
This role is for someone who 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗼𝘄𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗿𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗲𝗰𝘆𝗰𝗹𝗲 from 𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗮𝗰𝗾𝘂𝗶𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 to 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗮𝗹𝘀, 𝗲𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁, 𝗱𝗲𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿. A strategist, an operator, and a cross-functional leader in one.
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
Lead corporate strategy & business excellence frameworks
Drive end-to-end project lifecycle (inception → feasibility → approvals → execution → delivery)
Coordinate with design, development, construction, finance & sales teams
Liaise with government authorities for permits & regulatory approvals
Manage senior-level stakeholders, board reporting & performance governance
Support ESOP-linked talent initiatives
𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗪𝗲’𝗿𝗲 𝗟𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗼𝗿:
MBA (Strategy/Finance/Real Estate preferred)
8–12+ years in real estate development, PMO, strategy or business excellence
Strong understanding of master planning, feasibility, risk assessment & delivery
Solid experience with government authority coordination
A hands-on leader with strong analytical and communication skills
