The ideal candidate will be responsible for presenting products with integrity to customers across the UAE. Reporting to the Telesales Manager, the Telesales Executive will handle customer accounts and ensure efficient service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Influence customers to purchase the product by following a prepared script
Initiate and follow up on the full sales cycle from first contact to closure
Document and update activities in the CRM
Manage, track, and follow up on leads through calling
Achieve daily and quarterly sales targets
Submit daily and monthly activity reports
Act as a point of contact for customers and address service-related inquiries via phone or in person
Professional Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with good MS Office knowledge
Minimum 2-3 years of telesales experience
Excellent communication skills in English
Strong typing skills
Minimum 1 year UAE experience (Mandatory)
