Salary: AED 12,000 – 14,000 + Single Status

We are looking for a highly skilled FM In Charge with a strong technical background—preferably in MEP, with hands-on experience managing luxurious properties.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct property inspections, new property handovers & post-maintenance checks

Oversee daily reactive maintenance operations & urgent service requests

Implement and coordinate planned preventive maintenance (PPM) schedules

Lead and supervise on-site maintenance technicians for events

Manage variation works, special requests & ensure compliance with standards

Maintain documentation including snags, PPM trackers & improvement reports

Liaise with internal departments to ensure full operational readiness

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Civil Engineering (Mechanical may be considered)

Strong background in FM Hard Services – Civil, MEP, HVAC

Experience managing premium/luxury properties

Flexible to work in remote event locations & willing to travel

Strong communication and professionalism for VIP interactions

Must be locally available in UAE
