Role Description:

We are seeking a Contractual Business Analyst for a 6-month assignment, with the potential for conversion to a permanent role based on business needs. The Business Analyst will work closely with stakeholders to identify, analyze, and document business requirements, processes, and solutions.

Key responsibilities include data gathering, developing functional specifications, identifying business needs, and recommending actionable insights to drive effective decision-making. The role also involves preparing reports, facilitating communication between technical teams and business units, and ensuring alignment between project requirements and business objectives.

Qualifications:

* 3+ years of experience in similar roles

* Strong analytical thinking and requirement interpretation skills

* Experience in Business Analysis and defining project requirements

* Ability to work in ambiguity, solve problems, and remove delivery hurdles

* Previous KSA Corporate/SME banking experience is mandatory

* Proficiency in mapping, analyzing, and optimizing business processes

* Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills

* Ability to define and document requirements clearly and concisely

* Proven track record of delivering value through insights

* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

* Familiarity with digital transformation and financial services is a strong plus

* Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally

* Timings: 9 AM to 6 PM (KSA Time)
