We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst (10+ years) to lead requirement discovery, documentation, and enterprise system integration initiatives. This role plays a key part in connecting business stakeholders with technical delivery teams to ensure seamless and strategic solution development.
Experience: 10+ Years (Must have IFE experience)
Key Responsibilities
Lead requirement gathering workshops & stakeholder interviews.
Analyze current systems & processes to identify integration opportunities.
Create BRDs, functional specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Develop workflow diagrams, process maps & interface data mappings.
Collaborate closely with architects and developers for requirement clarity.
Support test scenario creation & UAT activities.
Manage requirement traceability, change control & issue resolution.
Required Skills
10+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst on complex IT projects.
Strong expertise in documenting functional, non-functional & integration requirements.
Hands-on with Azure ADO, Visio, BPMN & modeling techniques.
Solid understanding of API-driven integration & data transformation.
Excellent communication, presentation & stakeholder management skills.
Mandatory: Experience with IFE (In-Flight Entertainment) systems.
