We are looking for a highly capable Business Analyst who can operate confidently across both technical and business domains. The ideal candidate will have strong experience working in the banking sector and a solid understanding of Open Banking frameworks, APIs, and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

▪️Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into clear technical specifications

▪️Work closely with product, technology, and business teams to support end-to-end delivery

▪️Support API-based initiatives, system integrations, and Open Banking use cases

▪️Conduct gap analysis, process mapping, workflow design, and documentation

▪️Ensure alignment with banking regulations, data security, and customer experience standards

▪️Facilitate workshops, user stories, backlog refinement, and UAT activities

What We’re Looking For:

▪️Strong experience as a Business Analyst in banking or financial services

▪️Ability to work across technical, functional, and business layers

▪️Solid understanding of Open Banking, APIs, integrations, data flow & ecosystem models

▪️Expertise in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder coordination

▪️Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
