Key Responsibilities -
Strong knowledge on Salesforce Profiles/Roles and Sharing Rules, Validation Rules, Tasks, Flows and Triggers, etc.
Experience with Apex classes, triggers, Visual Force pages/components, and SOQL / SOSL
Ability to customize objects, workflows, validation rules, and approval processes.
Ability to implement Omni-Channel, Case Management, and Service
In depth knowledge of Salesforce Lighting & Lightning Component Framework
Experience with Salesforce Portals and Communities
Experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and have the experience of configuring and manage Marketing Cloud features such as Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, and Audience Builder.
Experience in developing AMP script and SQL queries for dynamic content and segmentation.
Extensive knowledge of Integration through REST API and SOAP API
Manage deployments using Change Sets, Salesforce DX, or CI/CD tools.
