We are looking for a Techno-Functional professional with strong experience in Regulatory & Financial Management Reporting to support automation, UAT, and MIS delivery across finance and technology teams within the banking environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design and develop automated reports and dashboards for Regulatory Reporting teams in collaboration with stakeholders

2. Ensure efficient and timely UAT execution across multiple teams including Finance, Technology, Operations, Business streams, and PMO

3. Ensure accuracy and timely delivery of data for Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Financial & Regulatory reporting

4. Act as a single point of contact for finance queries related to Finance Information Systems for UAE & Overseas locations

5. Represent Finance teams as a Techno-Functional member during project implementations, URFs, CRs, and system enhancements

6. Work closely with Finance Information Projects & Technology teams to ensure correct data capture, enabling automation and regulatory accuracy

7. Design and maintain standardized, reusable UAT procedures, templates, and queries

8. Support enhancements and continuous improvements in Regulatory & Financial MIS applications

9. Identify and escalate process gaps, manual workarounds, and system limitations impacting MIS and regulatory reporting

10. Handle periodic and ad-hoc regulatory/MIS reporting requests

11. Track and resolve service tickets related to Core Banking (T24), ERP, PRIME, FM, COF, SAA, CPR, and other reporting systems

12. Provide BAU and month-end support for Regulatory & Financial Management Reporting teams

Required Skills & Experience

1. 10 years of experience in the Banking & Financial Services industry

2. Strong Techno-Functional background in Finance Information Systems

3. Hands-on experience with:

Oracle PL/SQL

MS SQL

Advanced MS Excel

Power BI (Report Design & Development)

4. Solid understanding of Banking Operations, Products, and Reporting Structures

5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

6. Proven expertise in planning and executing UAT for projects of varying complexity

7. Strong system knowledge with ability to work across multiple platforms
