We are seeking an experienced Senior QA/QC Engineer with strong exposure to PCS / Switchgear manufacturing to lead quality assurance and control activities across projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead QA/QC activities for PCS & Switchgear panels across fabrication, assembly, testing, and FAT stages
Prepare and implement QA/QC plans, ITPs, inspection & testing procedures
Lead and close NCRs, perform root cause analysis, and implement CAPA
Conduct and manage Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs) with clients
Drive reduction of recurring FAT comments by implementing lessons learned
Ensure compliance with project specifications, IEC standards, and quality systems
Coordinate with Design, Production, and Projects teams to ensure quality execution
Mentor and guide QA/QC technicians and junior engineers
Candidate Profile:
Strong experience in PCS / LV / MV Switchgear QA/QC
Hands-on knowledge of FATs, inspections, audits, and quality documentation
Manufacturing background is mandatory
