TecBrix is looking for an experienced IT System & Network Admin – L2 (Sr) to join our growing IT Infrastructure team in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor infrastructure including server health, network links, and reporting

Port and service monitoring of servers

Hands-on experience with RedHat Linux, Windows, VMware

Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Java, Node.js, Tomcat

Setup, configuration, and troubleshooting of Nginx, Squid Proxy, DNS, Kafka, Redis

SSL certificate creation, setup, and installation

Application deployment and bug fixing

Client and vendor coordination

Incident, change, and capacity management using ticketing tools

Backup and restore management

Infrastructure and application monitoring, networking, and troubleshooting

Audit exposure: PCI-DSS, ISO, IS

Documentation of solutions and contribution to automation and innovation initiatives

End-to-end ownership of customer technical issues with regular status updates

Team management and collaboration

Willingness to work in a 24×7 environment and provide weekend support when required

Qualifications

Graduate / Postgraduate (preferably in Computer Science / IT)
