The Role: Founder's Right Hand
A unique hybrid position combining:
Operations Manager – Drive day-to-day operations, SOPs, and performance
Executive Assistant – Lead ERP implementation, manage strategic projects, and coordinate across all teams
Key Responsibilities
Lead ERPNext implementation – Own the project, coordinate vendors, roll out modules (subscriptions, billing, CRM, scheduling)
Optimize operations – Apply Lean/Six Sigma, design SOPs, reduce bottlenecks, drive online migration
Build dashboards – Weekly/monthly KPIs, financial tracking, actionable insights
Support the Founder – Manage priorities, meetings, follow-ups, presentations, and execution
First 6 Months Goals
Complete ERP Phase 1 go-live
Migrate customers to online/automated systems
Launch real-time operations dashboard
Document 5–7 core SOPs
Who You Are
Experience: 5–8+ years in operations/project management (services, tech, logistics, FM)
Must-Haves:
ERP implementation experience (ERPNext, Odoo, SAP, etc.)
Lean/Six Sigma knowledge (Green Belt preferred)
Advanced Excel, reporting, and financial analysis
Fluent in English & Arabic 🇦🇪
