We are looking for a Project Coordinator - Governance Specialist to support Project Governance, compliance, and reporting across the bank’s project portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with EPMO standards, SOPs, and governance frameworks
Validate and release project status reports and dashboards
Manage Project Steering Committee meetings and documentation
Audit project artifacts and ensure proper records management
Drive closure of internal & Sharia audit observations
Oversee change control, quality reviews, and project closure
Requirements:
Bachelor’s in IT or Business
PMP / PMI-ACP certification preferred
3–5 years project governance / PM experience in banking
Knowledge of UAE banking regulations
Strong skills in MS Project, Visio, Jira/ Clarity
Excellent English communication (Arabic also preferred)
