This role is ideal for someone passionate about applied AI, with hands-on experience building scalable, production-grade Generative AI systems and advanced Copilot Studio agent capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

AI Agent Development

Design, develop, and deploy custom AI agents using LLMs and multi-modal models

Build multi-turn agents that orchestrate multiple AI skills and APIs

Implement and optimize complex generative AI algorithms

RAG Architecture

Architect and implement RAG pipelines

Perform document chunking, embedding generation, and retrieval optimization

Integrate external knowledge sources to enhance model performance

Advanced Development

Advanced Python expertise

Strong hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face Transformers

Manage data preprocessing, augmentation, and synthetic data generation

Ensure structured, secure data handling for AI workflows

Copilot & Automation

Design advanced Copilot Studio Agent Builder solutions

Develop custom plugins and adaptive AI orchestration

Configure triggers and automation workflows

Integrate enterprise applications seamlessly
