Industry Exposure: Manufacturing | Construction | Oil & Gas
Key Responsibilities:
Provide strategic leadership in end-to-end contract management for assigned spend categories
Lead negotiations and drafting of complex, high-value contracts
Ensure compliance with legal, ethical, and ESG standards
Oversee post-award contract administration, performance monitoring, and dispute resolution
Implement risk management strategies and drive cost optimization initiatives
Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Operations
Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Engineering, or a related field
5–10+ years of experience in contract management within Manufacturing, Construction, or Oil & Gas sectors
Strong knowledge of contract law, negotiation, and commercial terms
Experience handling large spend categories and high-value contracts
Professional certifications (CCCM / CPCM) are an added advantage
