We are looking for a DataAnalyst to support Cards Fulfillment Analytics for a leading banking client in Dubai. This role focuses on business-driven analytics, automated dashboards, and actionable insights that directly impact revenue, customer experience, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

▪️Deliver business analytics projects, automated dashboards, and visualizations

▪️Perform data discovery, extraction, cleansing, analysis, and data modeling

▪️Conduct trend analysis and develop smart, automated solutions impacting monthly revenue

▪️Create and rationalize BI reports, MIS, and dashboards aligned with business KPIs

▪️Maintain data inventory and business glossary as per organizational standards

▪️Work closely with business stakeholders and central data teams to ensure data integrity and privacy

▪️Support campaign analysis to reduce customer complaints and improve product performance

▪️Proactively provide insights and innovative solutions to stakeholders

🛠️ Required Skills & Experience:

▪️Strong experience in banking analytics, preferably in Cards domain

▪️Hands-on expertise in SQL, SAS, VBA, PowerQuery

▪️Ability to analyze and interpret large datasets

▪️Knowledge of Python, R, cloud technologies, and data structures

▪️Strong understanding of business KPIs and decision making analytics

▪️Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
