Alhodood Technologies is a fast-growing ERP and digital transformation firm delivering Odoo ERP solutions across multiple industries in the UAE. We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive with proven Odoo ERP sales experience and strong knowledge of the UAE market.
Location: UAE
Experience: 1–2 Years (UAE experience mandatory)
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities for Odoo ERP solutions
Engage with SMEs and enterprise clients to understand business challenges
Present and position Odoo ERP modules aligned to client requirements
Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
Coordinate with pre-sales and implementation teams for demos and proposals
Maintain and update CRM with accurate pipeline and forecast data
Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Requirements
1–2 years of business development or ERP sales experience
Mandatory UAE market experience
Hands-on exposure to Odoo ERP sales
Good understanding of Odoo modules (Sales, CRM, Accounting, HRMS, Inventory, Projects, Manufacturing, etc.)
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with consultative selling
