We are looking for a driven Telesales Executive with UAE experience and exposure to ERP / software sales to support our expanding Odoo practice.
Location: UAE
Experience: 1–2 Years (UAE experience mandatory)
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through outbound telesales, follow-ups, and inbound inquiries
Pitch Odoo ERP solutions to SMEs and mid-market clients
Understand client operations and map requirements to Odoo modules
Qualify prospects and schedule demos with consultants and pre-sales teams
Maintain accurate sales pipelines and call records in CRM
Achieve monthly revenue and lead conversion targets
Support the sales cycle from first call to handover
Requirements
1–2 years of telesales experience in ERP / Odoo / IT software sales
Proven experience selling in the UAE market
Working knowledge of Odoo modules (Sales, CRM, Accounting, HRMS, Inventory, Projects, etc.)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Confident phone presence and objection-handling ability
Target-oriented and disciplined in follow-ups
