· Should be organized Sales Account Executive to manage ongoing leads, client complaints, and ensure smooth sales operations.
· The candidate will act as the primary point of contact for existing clients, ensuring timely resolution of issues while driving sales growth and maintaining excellent customer relationships.
· Manage ongoing leads, following up promptly and converting them into successful sales.
· Handle customer complaints and service issues, ensuring quick and satisfactory resolution.
· Prepare quotations, contracts, and reports for ongoing projects and clients.
· Monitor client accounts and ensure timely delivery of products/services.
· Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling solutions.
