We are urgently hiring dynamic and target-driven Business Develoment Executive to promote and sell Personal Loans for leading banks/financial institutions in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively promote personal loan products to potential customers

• Achieve monthly sales targets for personal loans.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Explain loan features, eligibility, benefits, and documentation requirements.

• Handle customer queries and ensure smooth application processing.

Requirements:

• Proven banking sales experience in personal loans (or similar financial products) — either in your home country or in the UAE.

• Experience in home country banking sales is acceptable; no strict UAE experience required if you have relevant background.

• Strong communication and sales skills.

• Ready for immediate joining.

• Fixed Salary starting from AED 4,000 to 7500 (based on experience; higher for strong candidates).
