Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Dynamics CRM Developer & Support professional with strong experience in the banking domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, customizing, and supporting Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions, ensuring smooth system performance and alignment with business requirements.
Development:
- Design, develop, and customize solutions on Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 platform.
- Develop plugins, workflows, custom workflows, and integrations with external systems.
- Work on Power Platform components including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI (preferred).
- Perform system enhancements and upgrades as per business needs.
- Ensure coding standards, security, and best practices are followed.
Support:
- Provide day-to-day production support for CRM applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CRM functionality, integrations, and performance.
- Monitor system health and proactively address potential risks.
- Coordinate with business users for issue resolution and requirement gathering.
- Maintain documentation for support activities and system changes.
