Experience Required:
- 10+ years CRM implementation experience with 5+ years in lead roles
- Minimum 3 end-to-end CRM implementations (Dynamics 365, Salesforce, or Oracle)
- Government e-services or citizen services CRM deployments required
- Experience with digital government portals, service request management, or contact center CRM
- Integration experience with e-services platforms, BPM, and API gateways - Team leadership experience (5+ direct reports)
- GCC government project experience strongly preferred.
Technical Skills:
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (Customer Engagement)
- Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
- CRM integration patterns (REST APIs, Azure Service Bus)
- Customer journey mapping and digital service design
- Data migration and CRM data modeling
Certifications:
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service Functional Consultant (Required)
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customization & Configuration (Required)
