Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee all legal aspects of construction projects
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts (EPC, subcontracts, consultancy agreements, etc.)
Provide legal advice on contract administration, claims, disputes, and risk management
Handle arbitration, litigation, and dispute resolution processes
Ensure compliance with UAE laws, regulations, and company policies
Support commercial and project teams on contractual issues
Manage contract variations, claims, and extensions of time (EOT)
Liaise with external legal counsel when required
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB); Master’s degree is a plus
Minimum 8–12 years of legal experience, preferably in construction or infrastructure projects
Strong knowledge of construction contracts (FIDIC experience preferred)
Experience handling claims, disputes, and contract negotiations
UAE/GCC experience is highly preferred
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
