Role Summary:
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to handle end-to-end HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and performance management in a fast-paced organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage HR operations and recruitment
• Handle onboarding, employee relations, and performance management
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies
• Support payroll, visa processing, and HR administration
Requirements:
• 3–5 years of HR experience in the UAE
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR practices
• Experience in IT/recruitment industry preferred
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills
• Must be currently in the UAE and available for immediate joining
