5 Days Working | General Shift
Employment Type: Full-Time.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✔ Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for technical and non-technical roles
✔ Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and networking channels
✔ Screen resumes and conduct initial HR discussions
✔ Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients
✔ Manage offer negotiation, documentation, and onboarding activities
✔ Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases
✔ Build strong candidate pipelines for ongoing and future requirements
✔ Ensure timely closure of positions with quality profiles.\
🔹 Required Skills & Experience:
✔ 3–5 years of experience in IT Recruitment / Talent Acquisition
✔ Strong understanding of technical skills and IT hiring processes
✔ Hands-on experience in sourcing through multiple recruitment channels
✔ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
✔ Experience in contract and permanent hiring is preferred.
🔹 Added Advantage:
✔ UAE hiring/recruitment experience will be an added advantage
✔ Knowledge of Gulf market hiring practices is preferred.
🔹 Preferred Candidate Profile:
✔ Immediate joiners are highly preferred
✔ Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
✔ Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
