Aion Digital is seeking an experienced Solution Architect to lead the technology architecture and automation strategy for a large-scale banking transformation program. The selected candidate will be responsible for defining automation approaches, reviewing solution designs, governing technical integrity, and ensuring the successful deployment of digital transformation initiatives across multiple banking functions.

🔹 Role Overview

The Solution Architect will play a critical role in shaping enterprise-wide transformation initiatives by defining architecture standards, designing automation solutions, and providing technical leadership throughout the delivery lifecycle.

🔹 Mandatory Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline

• Minimum 8 years of overall professional experience

• Minimum 4 years of Banking experience (Mandatory)

• Experience in Banking Transformation, Digital Transformation, BPM, RPA, or Process Automation projects

• Hands-on experience with BPM platforms such as Camunda, Appian, Pega, or similar technologies

• Experience working with GCC banks is highly preferred

• Willingness to travel frequently to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Define automation strategies for banking processes using RPA, BPM, IDP, AI/ML, APIs, and workflow technologies

• Establish and govern solution architecture standards across transformation initiatives

• Review and approve solution designs before development

• Design enterprise orchestration and integration architecture

• Provide technical oversight throughout delivery and deployment phases

• Participate in sprint ceremonies and ensure adherence to approved solution designs

• Support UAT, deployment, and go-live readiness activities

• Collaborate closely with business, technology, and transformation stakeholders
