At Enrollme HR Consultancy, Dubai (Emiratisation & Expat recruitment), we're looking for a HR Generalist (Tagalog / Sinhala / Urdu Speakers) for one of our manufacturing clients in Jebel Ali, Dubai.

Qualifications:

❇️ 5+ years UAE HR experience within a manufacturing sector/ MNC. Proven experience as an HR Generalist with strong end-to-end Recruitment expertise.

❇️ Should be an expert in UAE labor law, with experience in Performance Management, TNA, Employee Life Cycle, Recruitment & onboarding, Employee Engagement, HR dashboards & analytics, etc

❇️ Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
