📌 Qualifications & Requirements:

▪️ Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Banking, Economics, Information Systems, or a related discipline.

▪️ 3+ years of experience in banking operations, loan administration, MIS reporting, or operational support functions.

📌 Responsibilities:

▪️ Process transactions accurately in accordance with CRAD policies, procedures, and control frameworks

▪️ Ensure loan disbursements comply with approved controls and regulatory requirements

▪️ Prepare and maintain accurate MIS reports and operational records

▪️ Support audit readiness by addressing audit findings and ensuring compliance with internal guidelines

▪️ Meet agreed service levels (SLAs) and provide timely responses to business unit queries

▪️ Participate in UAT, system implementations, process improvement, and automation initiatives.

▪️ Identify opportunities to enhance controls, reduce errors, and improve operational efficiency.

▪️ Maintain up-to-date knowledge of policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements through continuous learning and training.
