Key Responsibilities:
1. Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and technical requirements for EV charging solutions.
2. Configure, administer, and maintain Charge Point Management Systems (CPMS).
3. Support system integrations using REST APIs, JSON/XML, and enterprise platforms.
4. Monitor charging station performance, troubleshoot operational issues, and ensure maximum system uptime.
5. Manage user access, security, backups, system updates, and overall platform health.
6. Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and IT teams for enhancements and incident resolution.
7. Support UAT, documentation, reporting, and continuous process improvements.
8. Stay up to date with EV industry standards, including OCPP, OCPI, and smart charging technologies.
Required Skills & Experience
1. Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field.
2. 8+ years of experience in EV/CPMS implementation and operations.
3. Hands-on experience with EV Charge Point Management Systems.
4. Strong knowledge of OCPP/OCPI, REST APIs, JSON/XML, SQL & NoSQL databases.
5. Experience with scripting/programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, Perl, Bash, or Ruby is preferred.
6. Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
