✔️ 3+ years of experience in CX, UX, Digital Experience, or Product Improvement
✔️ Strong expertise in User Journey Mapping, UX Research, and Usability Evaluation
✔️ Experience with Customer Journey Analysis, Conversion Funnels, and Digital Analytics
✔️ Hands-on experience with A/B Testing, KPI Monitoring, and Performance Reporting
✔️ Knowledge of Accessibility Standards (WCAG) and User-Centered Design principles
✔️ Proficiency in Figma, Wireframing, Prototyping, and Design Systems
✔️ Experience with HTML/CSS, Responsive Web & Mobile Design, and AI-assisted UX tools
✔️ Strong exposure to Agile methodologies, stakeholder collaboration, and continuous improvement
