Job Purpose and Role
The BA will work within the Business Process Management (BPM/ODM) unit to scope, plan and implement business process improvement projects focused on ensuring compliance, while also improving effectiveness and efficiency, in support of business goals. The Business analysts will be responsible for requirement gathering, Solution design Assessment, effort estimating and sizing.
Minimum Requirement
Technical Skills:
1. 5 + years of hands-on experience on below products
2. IBM BPM 8.6/BAW 19, ODM 8.10, JS, Java, Oracle DB and API Connect.
3. Domain Exposure: Telecom
4. Expertise in Process Design/Rule designing, Business BPM/ODM consulting
5. Knowledge of Containers, Kubernetes and OpenShift Container platform is also recommended.
6. Rich experience in requirement gathering, Solution design Assessment, effort estimating and sizing.
7. Have good planning and organization skills to work with a high-performance team
8. CoE experience
