Experience: Minimum 8 years of Executive/Personal Assistant experience supporting C-Level executives (CEO preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the CEO's calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements
Handle confidential correspondence and executive communications
Prepare reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and minutes
Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders
Track strategic initiatives and follow up on key action items
Maintain complete confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Requirements:
Minimum 7-8 years of Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant experience
Proven experience supporting CEO/C-Suite executives
Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
Strong proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
Fluent in Arabic and English (Mandatory)
UAE experience is highly preferred
