Testing & Exercise Management
Operational Resilience
Configuration & Development
Configure and customize ServiceNow BCM modules.
Develop and maintain:
Flow Designer workflows
Business Rules
Client Scripts
Script Includes
UI Policies
Notifications
Catalog Items
Develop custom solutions where business requirements cannot be met using out-of-the-box capabilities.
Integrations
Design and implement integrations using:
REST APIs
SOAP APIs
Integration Hub
MID Server
Integrate ServiceNow BCM with:
CMDB
ITSM
ITOM
Third-party Risk Management solutions
- Disaster Recovery and Monitoring platforms
- Platform Administration & Performance
- Support platform administration, configuration, and environment management.
- Perform platform performance tuning and optimization.
- Implement secure platform configurations aligned with organizational security standards.
Technical Leadership
- Review solution designs and code quality.
- Mentor technical consultants and development teams.
- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow development standards and governance.
Testing & Deployment
- Lead unit testing and system integration testing.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and production deployments.
- Assist with cutover planning, go-live activities, and post-production hypercare.
- Resolve technical issues and provide ongoing platform support.
