The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor to business and technology stakeholders, leading business analysis, process design, requirements gathering, and implementation activities for ServiceNow BCM solutions. This role requires strong expertise in Business Continuity Management, Operational Resilience, Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC), and ServiceNow IRM/BCM modules.
Key Responsibilities :
Business Continuity Strategy & Advisory
- Lead Business Continuity Management (BCM) discovery workshops with business and executive stakeholders.
- Assess organizational BCM maturity and recommend improvement opportunities.
- Advise clients on BCM best practices aligned with ISO 22301, NIST, SAMA, NCA ECC, and other regulatory frameworks.
- Support business resilience, continuity planning, crisis management, and operational resilience initiatives.
Business Analysis & Solution Design
- Translate business needs into scalable ServiceNow BCM solutions.
- Lead process design workshops and define future-state business processes.
- Recommend ServiceNow out-of-the-box capabilities and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with Solution Architects, Technical Consultants, and Project - Managers throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Agile Delivery
- Own and manage the BCM product backlog.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily - Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Review and refine user stories with business stakeholders.
- Support estimation, prioritization, and release planning activities.
Testing & User Acceptance
- Prepare business test scenarios and test cases.
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions.
- Obtain business approvals and sign-off for implemented solutions.
Required Skills & Experience
- 7+ years of overall IT and Business Consulting experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in:
Business Continuity Management (BCM)
Operational Resilience
Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC)
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with:
ServiceNow IRM
ServiceNow GRC
