𝗖𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 & 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲
✔️Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
✔️5+ years as a Technical Analyst or Business Systems Analyst on digital products, ideally consumer-facing mobile apps.
✔️Strong requirements-engineering skills: BRD/FRD, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process/data modelling (BPMN, UML).
✔️Solid understanding of mobile app architecture and the mobile development lifecycle (iOS/Android, Flutter or React Native).
✔️Hands-on experience defining API / integration specifications (REST/GraphQL, JSON), reading API documentation, and producing data mappings.
✔️Understanding of integration patterns (API-led, event-driven), microservices, and middleware.
✔️Experience analysing enterprise system integrations such as ticketing, POS, CRM, identity, or e-commerce.
✔️Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Figma.
✔️Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
Desirable
✔️Cloud awareness (Microsoft Azure) and familiarity with API-management platforms.
✔️Experience in attractions, hospitality, retail, travel, or e-commerce.
✔️Knowledge of identity/CIAM, payments (PCI-DSS), and data privacy (UAE PDPL, GDPR).
✔️SQL and hands-on data analysis.
✔️Certifications such as CBAP/CCBA, Agile/Scrum, or equivalent.
✔️Arabic language skills.
