✔️ 15+ years managing large-scale banking technology projects
✔️ Proven expertise in end-to-end project delivery and multi-vendor governance
✔️ Strong experience with wealth platform implementations and banking transformation programs
✔️ Hands-on experience managing IT roadmaps, risks, environments, and go-live activities
✔️ Strong understanding of infrastructure, release management, and stakeholder management
✔️ Experience with EU/Swiss new bank setup projects is mandatory
✔️ Experience with Finnova and Incore Sobaco is an added advantage
✔️ PMP Certification preferred
✔️ Hands-on experience with JIRA and Confluence
