Requirements:
✔ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
✔ 3–5 years of HR coordination experience in the UAE.
✔ Hands-on experience in payroll processing and HR operations.
✔ Construction industry experience is preferred.
✔ Good knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices.
✔ Strong communication, organizational, and MS Office skills.
✔ Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period are preferred.
