VPS Elite Human Resources Consultancies LLC is looking for an experienced Database Administrator (DBA) to join our client’s IT team in Dubai.
🔹 KEY REQUIREMENTS
🔸 Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
🔸 3–5 years of hands-on experience as a Database Administrator
🔸 Strong experience with Oracle / SQL Server / MySQL databases
🔸 Expertise in database installation, configuration, maintenance, and upgrades
🔸 Strong knowledge of backup, recovery, replication, and disaster recovery
🔸 Experience with database performance tuning and optimization
🔸 Good knowledge of SQL, stored procedures, and database troubleshooting
🔸 Experience in monitoring database performance, availability, and capacity
🔸 Strong understanding of database security, access control, and permissions
🔸 Knowledge of high availability and clustering is an advantage
🔸 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
🔸 UAE-based candidates preferred
