Job Description
- Offers clerical support to all operations and manages team members
- Communicates directly with customers in setting appointments, improving their experience and resolving conflict
- Onboards new employees and trains them in their appropriate department
- Improves operations efficiency
- Coordinates all office and staff events
- Coordinates with team to report and address any financial/budget related issues
- Identifies challenges and solicits resolution assistance as needed
- Tracks and assists with on-boarding and off-boarding of personnel and supports training coordination
