Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute category strategies for Modest Wear, ensuring alignment with market trends and customer demand.
Oversee the end-to-end merchandising process, including product selection, pricing, and inventory management.
Collaborate with designers, suppliers, and marketing teams to curate collections that reflect brand identity.
Analyze sales data, customer insights, and market trends to optimize assortment and maximize profitability.
Ensure timely product launches and seasonal planning for Modest Wear collections.
Work closely with the eCommerce and retail teams to enhance product visibility and sales performance.
Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to stay ahead in the market.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in merchandising, category management, or buying (preferably in modest wear or fashion retail).
Strong analytical skills with experience in sales forecasting and trend analysis.
Understanding of customer preferences in modest fashion and ability to develop a winning product mix.
Excellent negotiation and supplier management skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Skills:
Experience working in fashion retail, eCommerce, or apparel brands.
Strong knowledge of inventory planning and merchandising tools.
